Love

Love is bestowing worth to another at cost to oneself.

Do you agree? What does this mean to you? How can we show this kind of love in our lives?

I would say I agree with that. When I love someone I am risking part of my heart on them. And risking my heart costs.

Glad to see your name highlighted on my google reader today :)

In answering your question, I thought about the ways I “love” people: cooking for them, helping them by running their errands, spending time with them doing things THEY love doing.

The time I spend doing these things, I could be doing art projects or other things for myself…that’s the ‘cost’. And, I might add, TOTALLY worth it. “My” things can always be done later. :)
