Are You Life-Giving?

images-11.jpegIn ministry I find myself around a lot of people. People in all shapes, sizes, colors, and backgrounds.

But I’ve discovered people will always fall into two categories: Life-giving people or life-draining people.

Life-Giving:

  • Always interested in others
  • Positive attitude and words
  • People like being around you

Life-Draining:

  • Always talks about themselves
  • Negative words and attitude
  • Someone people avoids

I try to always be a life-giving person. So, which one are you?

  • Your brothers and I read this together this morning. It led us into a discussion about being exclusive or inclusive. These sort of topics can be mind-changing! Keep thinking and writing…it’s good LIFE-GIVING stuff!!

  • Lulu says:

I think it can be hard to answer this question because if you answer life-giving you seem a little pompous. If you answer life-draining it can come off as self-depricating. It sort of defeats the purpose of the question, haha. So, for the sake of sounding pompose I would say that I’m a life-giver. It’s just how God made me. I want everyone around me to feel loved and cared for.

  • Anna says:

LuLu–Yes, I would agree. I like being around you.
Robin–That is good. I’m glad you guys got to talk!
